Keeping up with Tyler's cereal habit is a FULL TIME JOB. I shop at a discount grocery store where you have to bag your own groceries. It is so freaking stressful trying to bag your groceries before the next person comes through! With my 15 boxes of cereal, I thought it would be faster to just re-stack them in the cart without sacking them. it was faster, although when i left the grocery store it was pouring rain (as usual). by the time i got to the last row where my car was parked, all the cereal boxes were disintegrating and falling apart. Finally, I got my groceries home, then stacked them in my arms ten boxes high and balanced them all like a circus performer just to get them onto the kitchen shelf. geez.
Then after Tyler drains multiple boxes a day i get to collect them, break down the boxes and recycle them. I'm posting this so Tyler sees what i go through to get him his precious cereal. I'm pretty sure he thinks the cereal magically reappears in the cupboard when he empties a box...
WOW!! I didn't realize that Tyler was such a cereal man. I wish my kids loved cereal...Dallin wants blueberry muffins every morning for breakfast! I have stacks of muffin mix for Dallin & loads of Broccoli and carrots for Brooke (she is a great little eater)! Good luck shopping in all that rain!
ReplyDeleteI must say Tyler's cereal stash puts Richie to shame! I have been trying to squeeze in four boxes of Lucky Charms, King Vitamin, an Capn Crunch into one cupboard. But now I really feel your pain. Love, Mom
