I can't believe the news of the Christ Church Earthquake in New Zealand. We were just there, standing in this very spot two months ago. There were 7 earthquakes the day we were there but they were little ones. The one that just happened was huge, taking the lives of 65 people with hundreds more still missing and trapped under rubble. This news is so terrible. What is going on in this world?! I honestly feel lucky to be alive.

this makes my heart feel sick. I'm so glad youguys WEREN'T there, but so so sad for the families that lost loved ones. how awful.....
ReplyDeleteI always feel bad when I see scenes after natural disasters, but this one happening so close to when we were in the exact spot made it feel so real and personal and scary...I can't explain what I'm trying to say...
