The Buddies came to Oregon!!

The buddies spent their final week of summer visiting me and Tyler in Oregon. Jase made world record time getting here, and it is a fluke he didn't get a single speeding ticket. I can't even describe how amazing it was to have my fam here. I used to see these people every... single... day. We packed in so much stuff it made the time go way to fast. Between my puking fits and Jase dropping his phone in the ocean we didn't get a whole lot of great pictures so...

Here's a list of a few trip highlights:

-rope swing at avery park "ohhhh yeah, double backflip with a toothpick!!"

-putt putt golf and frog's amazing hole in one, taylor's 9 strokes on every hole, me puking in the bushes and Jase being way to competitive for playing against a bunch of kids.

-floating the Willamette river with inflatable rafts, kenzie falling out of a raft she was in all by herself.

-played truth or dare, kenzie touching her butt to a tree.

-day trip to the coast... devils punch bowl, skim boarding, tide pools and crazy sand storm.

-kayaking and rock skipping at Tyler's high school ecology teacher's house.

-new growth and old growth hiking trail while telling ghost stories. Kenz gets the award for least scary story about a doll that came alive and killed people.

-donuts at nut cakes, when we left taylor got into an 80 yr old man's car, thinking it was ours.

-swimming, bee keeping and zip lining at Tyler's moms house

-picnic on the water front with food from new morning bakery

-pointing out all the millions of wild blackberries to kenzie, she runs to where she think's I was pointing, but then gets confused and stops next to a bike rack, "these?"

-gelato... a couple of times

-yogurt extreme... a couple of times

-farmers market. kettle corn and strawberries.

-making the log walk look easy / lake swim / kenzie's little incident on the hiking trail that we will never mention again.
